Melissa Fleege MSN, RN
Agency Owner
Melissa, the Agency Owner for 24 Hour Care, she joined our team in 2012. She has experience in the nursing home setting, hospital setting and working in collaboration with an entire healthcare team. She directs nursing and home healthcare staff, assists in business management, and ensures that 24 Hour Care, LLC follows best practices for healthcare. She also assists with supervision and training of staff. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, and she is a Volunteer EMT for Hazel Green, WI Rescue Squad.

Angela Horaney, BSN, RN
Agency Administrator
Angela joined the 24 Hour Care team in June 2020. She has 23 years of nursing experience in several settings including management and administration. She enjoys working as a team to ensure employee and client satisfaction.

Activities: Angela and her husband Nick have 3 children, Andrew 26, Lauren 22, and Paige 15. Angela enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys camping and UTV rides.
Gretchen Carroll BSN, RN, CWCN
Nurse Case Manager
Gretchen joined 24 Hour Care in March of 2016. She has been practicing nursing since 1987 and brings 20 years of home health nursing experience to our company. The majority of Gretchen’s career has been in Northern Wisconsin/Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Gretchen loves working with our Medicare patients and goes above and beyond in her care for them.

Activities
Gretchen relocated to the Stockton area when her husband’s employment changed in 2014. Her husband, Rick, is a Stockton native. She enjoys playing piano for church, singing, reading, and loving her children and granddaughter.
Chris Ludescher
Medical Biller
Chris joined 24 Hour Care in August 2016, bringing 8 years experience in billing. Prior to joining 24 Hour Care, Chris worked in a home health agency responsible for all Medicare/Insurance billing.

Chris likes to spend her free time with her husband Chris, daughter Elizabeth, son Nick and his wife Katie and grandbabies Juliet and Zachary.
Ruth Gallo BSN, RN
Nurse Case Manager
Ruth has been a practicing nurse for 30 years. She has experience in Burn Care, Home Health Nursing, Organ and Tissue Recovery and Long-term Care. She is excited about her return the Home Health Care setting while continuing to serve the aging population. Here she can focus on the individual’s needs, identify their strengths, and provide education and resources to give them the opportunity to remain in their own home for as long as possible. There’s no place like Home!
Education: Marycrest College, Davenport IA: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Licences: Registered Nurse in Iowa, Texas and reinstating licensure in IL
Activities: Enjoys time with her family and being outdoors. Has 2 grown children, 2 beautiful grandchildren and a rescue dog. Go CUBS Go!
Kathie Bathum, BSN, RN
Nurse Case Manager
Kathie is our agency’s Illinois Case Manager. She takes care of our Veteran Affairs patients as well as all our Illinois Private Duty patients.
Education: Associates degree at Elgin Community College. Bachelor’s Degree in Aurora, IL.
Licenses: Registered Nurse in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin
Activities: In her spare you will find Kathie fishing, hiking, needlepoint stitching or playing with her dog, Willie, or her grand pup, Logan.
Lindsay Halfhill
Nurse Case Manager
Lindsay joined our team June 2022 and has been wonderful at giving patient care for her Home Health patients.
